The housekeeper Nicoletta welcomed us very warmly and has always stood by us with help and advice. Our room was like a small holiday rental, with a balcony and a kitchenette. In the outdoor area there is a pool with loungers – for us that was absolutely perfect. There are parking spaces just behind the hotel, in the other direction the bus stop is right in front of the hotel entrance – so very well connected. In the immediate vicinity is the beach front access with many restaurants and small shops – a great place, a great flair and a very warm housekeeper Nicoletta, who will remember us forever.

Our stay at Three Harites felt like a home away from home, so much so we didn’t want to come home. Location could not have been better, less than a one minute walk to the bus stop for the bus to Fira, and 3 or 4 minute walk to the black beach and all the amenities of Perissa. Nicoletta our hostess is such a lovely lady and very helpful with information and requests. Rooms are cleaned every morning by a wonderful housekeeper. I would highly recommend Three Harities to any solo travellers or couples alike as their base in Santorini. We really hope to get back next year. Thank you Nicoletta & all at Three Harities.

Beautiful and incredible stay in this charming and caring hotel.
First the manager is full of kindness and adorable, I have never been so well received! His housekeeper is also extremely adorable! The room is big, the bed is incredibly comfortable, impossible to get out of it so good! The breakfast is served in your room, and varies according to the day, the pool is quiet, the hotel is clean, we have a small kitchen that allowed us to shop and eat directly (it avoids a lot of restaurant costs) and we can eat on a terrace made on purpose. It is located in the city center of Perissa but sheltered from the look so there is little noise, the bus to Fira passes at the foot of the hotel, a real treat!

Best place to stay in Santorini
First of all, Nicoletta is the best ! You can rarely meet people as fun, kind and warmharted as her. Just meeting her should be the most important reason to stay here. The hotel is very well located, just some meters away from a bus stop, and from car and motorcycle rental places. There are shops and everything you will need just 100m away. The beach is also 100m away, and you can even see the sea from the hotel, while enjoying a nice glass of wine in the balcony. The rooms have everything you will need for a comfortable stay, including cutlery, and a nice small kitchen. Everything is clean, and ordered, and the room service is perfect! Breakfast is always in your room, and is quite complete, with everything you need to start well the day. We’re grateful to have stayed here, and will for sure come back. A big thank you again to Nicoletta, she made our stay fantastic!!
